Discover the essential points before launching your e-commerce: the advantages of an e-commerce, defining your budget, the questions to ask yourself, how to design your store and what support you need to get started?

A practical introductory workshop ideal for (future) entrepreneurs who haven’t yet taken the plunge.

12pm: Talk – Maxence Thillaye du Boullay, CEO and founder of Outsight Studio

Maxence will talk about her career as an entrepreneur in the world of tech, from startups to major corporations. She’ll also explain why and how understanding your customers’ needs can help your (future) business grow. Finally, she’ll talk about her involvement in the creation of the FoTif (The Future of Tech is Female) initiative, which aims to give women the tools and confidence to enter the tech and entrepreneurial professions.

1pm: Networking lunch

Meet other participants and network over a free lunch. Make valuable connections and discuss your projects and ideas in a friendly atmosphere.

2pm: Workshop – “E-commerce: building a sustainable and effective strategy”

After the morning’s introductory workshop, go one step further to think, develop and adapt your e-commerce strategy. Find out how to convert, cash online, manage logistics, comply with regulations, plan your budget…

This workshop is open not only to the morning’s audience, but also to all those who have already launched their e-commerce business.

4pm: Visit BeCentral

End your day with a visit to BeCentral, Belgium’s largest digital campus. The site is home to a varied ecosystem: code schools, start-ups, associations, research centers and major public and private players (Google, Bruxelles Formation, Actiris), as well as training, incubation and employment support structures.
