JUMP is an activist company that raises awareness of gender inequalities in employment and entrepreneurship. To carry out this advocacy work, we produce surveys and analyses, as well as free guides for individuals and organizations: “How to free my company from sexism”, “Guide to an inclusive company”, “Women’s place at the top of the BEL20”, etc. JUMP’s business model is based on training, consulting and supporting private and public companies towards better representation of women, diversity and a more inclusive culture.
