Soutien Belge OverSeas (SB Overseas) is a non-profit organisation that supports the inclusion and autonomy of migrant and refugee communities in Brussels by providing personalised educational and psycho-social support. We work towards the social and professional integration of young people and women, and defend their rights at local, national, European and international level.
Our activities include various initiatives such as the Leadership au Féminin programme, which aims to foster the autonomy of women with a migratory background, either their own or from previous generations, in order to strengthen their chances on the job market. We offer training in key skills (digital, interpersonal, linguistic, critical thinking, etc.), personal development and networking with experts from the professional world, while providing safe spaces for self-expression, creativity and action, thus facilitating integration into working life.
